I was very nervous when I made my final decision to go with Cavali Design and Build to completely redesign and upgrade my 1950’s kitchen and dining space however, now that it’s complete I could not imagine using anyone else to have made this long awaited vision of mine come to life. Ashley really took the time to understand my vision and made me feel throughout the project that he genuinely cared about all the details as much as my husband and I did. Ashley and the entire Cavali Design & Build crew were also very respectful in their daily communications with us while working onsite at our house. I was very nervous getting into the industry for the first time after purchasing a large foreclosure that needed everything done. Cavali’s team took me step by step through the learning process. They remodeled all four bathrooms, upgraded the kitchen, master bedroom, and even the detailing of the wooden staircase and wine bar. When the house was put for sale, i was shocked that I had an offer in 3 three weeks. Cavali’s team helped me manage the process while out-of-state. Going above and beyond the details needed to pass inspection in a timely manner. This turned out to be a FANTASTIC Return On Investment! I couldn’t be happier with the financial results and my rookie experience. The only complaint I have is that this experience set the precedent for me and I am not sure I can expect such a high ROI and smooth process every time from what I have been told if you don’t know what you are doing you can end up loosing in this industry. I promised my wife a new kitchen .After meeting with two other designer builders I really thought I should wait another year, but after meeting with Cavali designs we found some hope with our kitchen make over.
